SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order/Product Fulfillment

All products are printed on demand.  This means they are not stockpiled or warehoused waiting for orders to come in, but each item is printed and fulfilled when an order is placed.  Because of this, order fulfilment can take slightly longer.

Isle of Man/UK

As product production is in the UK, you should allow 7-16 days for delivery to the IOM in particular.  For the UK, delivery time should be less.

If you order multiple items these may be produced by different suppliers and will be shipped separately so you will not receive a single parcel containing your entire order.

Should you require a product as a gift for someone, please order early and allow sufficient delivery time to avoid disappointment.

USA/Canada/Aus

Delivery may be around 4 weeks for products where order fulfillment is in the UK - this is only an estimate. This timeframe can be reduced as we are able to create products with order fulfillment in the USA/Canada/Aus so if you would like to ship to these locations, please advise what products you would like based on our current product catalogue or submit a customisation request if you are seeking something personal. This will mean you will pay local shipping fees and not international fees and the production and delivery timeframe will be quicker.

You should assume that all products on this website are fulfilled in the UK unless a product's page specially states otherwise.

Shipping charges

All shipping charges are set by the product suppliers.

Customs Fees & Taxes

Customs fees are taxes that can sometimes be applied to imported shipments, based on each country's import regulations.

As Manx as the Hills/Ber Weyde is not responsible for any customs fees that an order may incur upon its arrival in the destination country.

CHANGE ORDER

Can I change my order?

If your order has not gone into production there may be an opportunity to change it but this is dependent on how soon you can advise us of the change.  Your order may go into production within minutes of it being received so you need to act very quickly

Once your order has gone into production, it will not be possible to make any changes.

GIFT CARD

How long is a gift card valid for?

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Can I use a gift card with a coupon?

Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with a coupon.

How do I check my balance?

You can:

  • log into your account, if you created one, and there is an option to check the balance there or
  • click on the link in the header section of any page (top of page) or
  • click on link in the footer section of any page (bottom of page)

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How do you process payments?

We use PayPal as our payment gateway and all payments are processed through them.

You do not need to have a PayPal account and can simply pay with your debit or credit card.

PROBLEM WITH ORDER

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive the wrong product or your product is damaged, please take photographs of the item from various angles and if relevant, the packaging also.  Email the photographs to Ber Weyde at ardbree@gmail.com and explain to her the issue.  Include the order number in the email and date of order.
